It has a traditional purple red hue with noticeable ruby undertones. Intense aroma of red pulp fruit, liquorice, and delicate spices. It’s full-bodied, fresh, and gentle on the palate, with elegant silky tannins.
The aim of maceration is to extract the softer tannins and produce wines with remarkable structure and balance. The maturation in barrels lasts 10 months, during which the malolactic fermentation takes place and further refines its traits of volume and smoothness.
